David Cheal
As owner of Pearl Street Fitness, David wanted to create a boutique style space for 1 on 1 personal training tailored to each client’s needs.
David’s focus is on mastering movement, nutrition, and regeneration in tandem. It has helped him make an enormous impact on people’s quality of life and overall health. A former Tier X Coach for Equinox, multi Marathoner, Tri-Athlete, and Collegiate Cyclist, David has decades of industry experience.

Kate Arias
Kate is a personal trainer and Doctor of Physical Therapy candidate at Northeastern University, with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She combines her clinical insight with functional strength training to help clients build mobility, resilience, and confidence in their movement during every stage of life.
As a former collegiate track and cross country athlete, she emphasizes injury prevention, sustainable habits, and individualized programming to keep clients strong in the activities they love. She’s especially passionate about promoting lifelong fitness and empowering clients to age well through intentional movement.
Justin Sorbo
Justin’s mission is to create agency and hope in his clients, wherever they’re starting from in their fitness journey. As both a trainer and massage therapist, Justin’s focus is on managing recovery from injury and teaching strength training, mobility, and rehab in tandem.
He holds a BS in Kinesiology and has undergone education through the CSCS, Postural Restoration Institute, Precision Nutrition, and the Cortiva Institute.
Justin has over 14 years of experience with clients ranging from professional athletes to beginners. He is a former competitive powerlifter, avid saltwater fisherman, and bookworm.
Chris Donze
Chris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a degree in Exercise Science and over 14 years of experience in strength and conditioning and personal training. He is dedicated to helping clients build lasting fitness, improve performance, and feel stronger in their daily lives.
His approach combines strength, conditioning, and mobility into a hybrid training style for both busy professionals and athletes. The focus is on building well-rounded, durable bodies that move efficiently and perform at a high level.
Chris works with clients looking to improve strength, lose body fat, build muscle, and enhance mobility and overall work capacity—while keeping training structured and sustainable. Outside of coaching, he enjoys mountain biking and skiing.
